Andjela Doni (RU)
"Legs like arms and arms like wings"
When I teach I give only those things which I know how to dance and love to dance. Observing my dance I discover my endless curiosity to spirals in movement and my aspiration to be light, to fly and to feel legs and arms like wings.
I recovered my childhood habits of creating relations with other people, such as trust, sincerity, openness and healthy selfishness. I am very interested to keep my dance vivid and live and, of course, to keep human touch in it.
We will use parent -child patterns to look for the natural instinctual reactions imbedded in the body to support somebody and to be lifted. It will build up the structural support through the skeleton in order to be able to take physical risks.
We are going to explore the connection between the limbs and the center, and use it while dancing on the floor, in the air, and with a partner.
During this course I wish to reach unusual places by entering unknown trails in our dance, meet our limitations, and to find safe ways to go beyond our boundaries, in solo, with a partner and the group.
Qualities which I would like to awake and integrate into the dance are:
• Initiation and surrender
• Inertia as a source of energy
• Resistance and following the flow
• Risk and trust.
I love the reality of dance – the floor, my body and partner’s body, gravity and weight, and I love to move this reality between the sky and the earth.

Geraldo Si (BRA/D)
"Workshop for Dance Improvisation"
The aim of Geraldo is to help the participants to free themselves from old patterns, by extending ones own movement abilities and reaching the free improvisation.
The warm-up will be focused on the movement of our bones in relation to each other and how our bones moves in the space; with this practice we will support the body in discovering tools to play with later.
He will introduce a structured way of approaching movement that through the course of the workshop will gradually melt away leaving a new increased freedom in improvisation.
This structured methodology will involve working with and without partners, to explore different levels, speeds and dynamics, along with our spatial perception and understanding of how we can use a performance environment.
By developing the sensibility of our perception about the environment around us, we can admit ourselves into the „intelligence of the body“, source of our own dance motivation.

Daniel Werner (D) and Jagat Mokshia Frenzel (La Palma)
"Body-Mind-Presence: Zero"
We have breathed out and the next inhalation has not yet begun … this moment of emptiness … zero … still point… This intensive offers the space to be one with and in softness with these moments of emptiness.
In Contact Improvisation we know the moments when movement energies at the right time in the right place and with the right quality come together and we can dive into this wonderful feeling of “flow”… and we can have the same experience in a well done Bodywork.
We will allow our bodies, emotions and mind to relax and explore organic ways from zero point to momentum and to the next zero…and we may surprise ourselves and our partners with new experiences in Contact and Bodywork.
Jagat Mokshia Frenzel
passionate Contact dancer and playful body worker, inspired from more than 15 years different therapeutic and artistic systems, enjoy more and more to let go of all concepts.
